Orders are paid online at checkout, and we ship to US addresses once your payment arrives.

Delivery

We currently deliver to US addresses only. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order. We dispatch after payment is received; no dispatch time is guaranteed.

Returns & product concerns

The returns policy and contact channel will be published before orders open. Medicine returns may have different restrictions from cosmetic returns, depending on the market. Do not send products to an unconfirmed address.

Availability

If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund any payment already made for it.
